The company is established in four professional departments to cover all aspects related to the architectural and interior designing as the following :

Design Division :

This department is specialized in tasks related to preparing feasibility studies, architectural and interior design works, project management etc. for all projects such as villas, palaces, commercial shops, business offices, exhibition hall, central markets, health clubs, beauty saloons, restaurants and others.

A group of engineers, architects, interior designers and draftsmen highly talented and experienced in the field are working in this department. They employ all their effort, experience and creativity to find out most advanced solution for all studies they undertake, to avoid repetition and similarities for which most designs fail. Modar Sulaiman AlKhash himself supervises this department directly to guarantee the accuracy to its extreme extent.

Contracting Division :

This department forms the backbone of the company’s structure, so the company gives it great care, in the sense to employ the best trained workers locally and from abroad, who are able to perform their works in the best way to minute details. Professional engineers and supervisors serve this department to ensure quality level and high standard finishing. This department undertakes a wide range of architectural and decoration contracts which include; masonry, painting, electrical and sanitary works, exterior coating of buildings (Marble, Aluminium composite panels and Sigma) and others of building and decoration works. The company has provided a fabricating factory to this department for carpentry works, Painting (spray, lacquer), wrought iron and aluminium works.

Production Division :

This department includes specialized workshops which handle the complementary works for architectural projects such as electrical/manual rolling shutters for commercial and residential projects, automatic sliding doors, exterior cladding with aluminium composite panels, and wrought iron and steel works. The company cares to deal with international manufacturing companies for these materials and products, which are subjected to international measures of quality. The department conducts training for its workers and technicians to execute the projects according to the best international criteria.

Commercial and Marketing Division :

To fulfill the entire activities by covering all requirements of the projects, the company formed its commercial department for importing and marketing some of the world class materials such as wooden floors (parquet), aluminium composite panel, office furniture, aluminium slats and accessories for shutters, and other necessary materials of architectural projects. This department has the credit of maintaining the goodwill and reputation of the company at the forefront of its competitors.
